Turkish Culinary Culture Course Application Activity

An application activity was carried out within the scope of the "Turkish Culinary Culture" course given by our Director Assist. Prof. Dr. Mikail KARA gave to the fourth year students of Tourism Guidance within the scope of the "Turkish Culinary Culture" course. The event, in which Ilgaz keskek was included in the products made by our students, led to the creation of a pleasant environment. We wish all our students success in their final exams starting next week.
